Welcome to DuncanDoggyDaycare. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of all dogs in our care, as well as clarity for their owners.

Section 2.
All dogs entrusted to DuncanDoggyDaycare will be supervised to the best of our ability during their stay. We strive to provide a safe, structured, and fun environment where dogs can play, rest, and socialize.

Section 3.
Dogs will remain either indoors or within a securely fenced yard at all times.
The only exception is when a dog is taken on a walk, which will occur only when appropriate and under supervision. During walks, all dogs will be properly secured using leashes or harnesses.

Section 4.
For the safety of all pets, only authorized individuals may pick up a dog.
Anyone picking up a dog must be at least **20 years of age**. Valid identification may be required at the time of pick-up. DuncanDoggyDaycare reserves the right to refuse release of a dog if these requirements are not met.

Section 5.
All dogs must be in good health and up to date on required vaccinations before attending daycare. Owners agree to disclose any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs prior to drop-off.

While DuncanDoggyDaycare takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of all dogs, **we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur** during a dog’s stay.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Injuries resulting from play with other dogs
* Minor cuts, scrapes, or bites
* Illnesses that may arise despite preventive measures
By using our services, owners acknowledge and accept these risks.

In the event of an emergency, DuncanDoggyDaycare will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner. If the owner cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care as deemed necessary. Any resulting costs will be the responsibility of the owner.

Payment terms, drop-off times, and pick-up times must be followed as agreed upon at the time of booking. Late pick-ups may result in additional fees.

By using DuncanDoggyDaycare services, you grant permission for us to take photos and/or videos of your dog while in our care. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. No personal owner information will be shared without additional consent.
